Decent service, app could be better
Got the Wisely Direct card primarily for the early direct deposit and it's been pretty reliable on that front, funds usually show up Tuesday for a Thursday payday. The mobile check deposit was a bit slow, took a few business days to clear which wasn't ideal for an urgent bill. Customer service was helpful when I called about a transaction, though. The app works fine for checking balances and basic stuff, but sometimes it feels a little clunky or slow to load. Fraud protection seems solid, got an alert once for a suspicious small charge that I didn't recognize. Good value overall, but the app could use some polish for a smoother experience.
